ToBe Security S.A. is a leading IT Security services consultancy in Israel, Asia and Latin America, headquartered in Panama with offices in Israel.

Founded in 1996, we began by working with the Israeli Government, providing protection against hacker intrusions. In Taiwan, we train staff at several banks to detect intruders and prevent cyber attacks. In North America, we provide Ethical Hacking services to companies such as Amazon, eBay, and Coca-Cola.

We arrived in Latin America in 2007, offering consulting, SCADA network security and Ethical Hacking. We help strengthen the security of companies by implementing advanced security concepts that we use to secure government networks in Israel.

Our team of Israeli experts

All of them are systems engineers with over 15 years of experience, including 12 with CISSP certification and two with CISM certifications. Eleven consultants were trained by the Israeli Army (IDF) in cybersecurity and three are dedicated exclusively to Ethical Hacking. The rest of the team advises our clients on the implementation of secure networks and the mitigation of cyber terrorism.

Ing. Juan (Oren) Baby

CEO

Eng. Juan (Oren) Baby is an information security expert with 32 years of experience in advanced penetration testing and operations techniques. His ability to perform audits allows him to provide recommendations that protect organizations' information from internal and external threats, thereby reducing the risk of hacker attacks.

Prior to establishing the consulting firm ToBe Security S.A, Mr. Baby provided consulting and security services to several Israeli government entities. He is known in the ethical hacking community as “Undef.” He specializes in secure network design and covert channel detection.

Throughout his career, he has conducted social engineering projects in various countries. He holds numerous certifications including: Check Point System Administrator (CCSA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA), ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). He holds a master's degree in cyber security from the University of Haifa in Israel.

Ing. Avi Reuven

CFO

Mr. Reuven is a computer engineer, having graduated from the University of Haifa. Alongside his undergraduate studies, he has earned several specialized certifications in different areas of business and technology. Mr. Reuven has been based in the offices of ToBe Security in Jerusalem, Israel, since 1985, when the company's commercial activities began. From that time until today, he has led the organization, being instrumental in its remarkable and constant growth. Mr. Reuven has been responsible for the security of a large number of major Israeli firms. He actively serves on the security boards of numerous global technology companies. Among his largest and most interesting clients are the IDF (Israel Defense Force) and other Israeli Defense organizations. In 2002, Mr. Reuven secured $3 million in private investment for ToBe Security S.A., helping to perpetuate his vision of continued growth and stability. Today, Mr. Reuven continues to show us his strength, his leadership and strategic abilities, leading the company through successful growth, establishing headquarters in Taiwan and Argentina. Without ever losing sight of the commitment to social reality, Mr. Reuven keeps the organization committed to non-profit charities.
